METC and our Education Annex will be performance locations for this year’s Holiday Arts Festival! Traditionally held Thanksgiving weekend, Holiday Arts Festival is a collaborative project of the Madison Arts and Culture Alliance (MACA) and the Madison Downton Development Commission (DDC) that presents local musicians at various locations throughout the downtown area of Madison.
