We the People

The Museum of Early Trades & Crafts is proud to present the works of students at the Morris County School of Technology, Design Academy. In celebration of the 250th anniversary of our country, they created this inspiring exhibit by asking themselves:

What does “We the People” really mean?

As a people, “We” participate in groups with shared common goals and interests. Is it easy to reconcile group needs over individual ones? With hardship and difficulty, the American Revolution did just that, bringing together many for one common cause—freedom. Join us as we explore what individual and group freedom means to this talented group of artists.

We would like to thank Ruben Rosado and Jen Lonsky for facilitating this collaboration and the Morris County Vocational School District.
